Hi Marge,

The materials for the project will be as follows:

- Clear glass within the rear / east elevations and obscure glazing to the west.
- Glazing to be held by metal supports / rail within the balustrade fixture.
- Balcony floor to be composite decking with a fabricated external powder coated steel frame.
- Poles and foundations for the balcony to be made of fabricated powder coated steel.

Hope that provides enough clarity on the intended building materials for the project.
