PROPOSAL
The proposal seeks to construct a new driveway and associated landscaping to the front of the property. The proposal will be the same principle as the application granted under application reference MO/2013/0748.
This will provide parking for  two cars and remove the current situation of parking a car on the road which causes problems both aesthetically in a conservation area and access wise due to the narrow road width. 
This hardscaping will be formed out of block paving. Extended current pathway opening to allow vehicle access. Retain 60cm ‘stub’ of existing wall. 
Drain to be placed at bottom of drive. 

ACCESS
The access from the highway onto the driveway will be altered. There currently is no access from the highway however under the new proposal access will be created. Upon planning permission for the driveway an application will be submitted to introduce a drop curb.
