The proposals have the potential to obstruct flight lines/cause disturbance should bat roosts be present 
in proximity to the proposals, we will require in the first instance, a scoping assessment by a licenced bat 
ecologist to inform the proposals, we are aware of bat roosts in J block which is the same age and 
construction.
